1) Candidates are required to visit on the websites www.nclcil.in /www.skillcms.in or www.singrauli.nic.in and click on On-line Application for "NCL FRESHER CUM APPRENTICESHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM AT NCL MINING SKILL CENTER BY SCMS UNDER CSR" tab and then can go through the detailed advertisement once again and then click on the "APPLY". 

2) The APPLY will take you to the application format (Bilingual) and candidates are required to complete their profile through uploading all the related qualifications and other details. Please keep following documents ready for uploading where ever asked: 

3)  Passport size Color photograph of the applicant, not older than six months 

4)  Class 10th passing certificate as proof of Date of Birth. 

5)  Classs 10th Mark sheet for merit. 

6)  Class 12th Mark sheet for merit. 

7)  Copy of the Aadhaar Card 

8)  Below Poverty Line card/ certificate, if applicable. 

9)  Copy of the valid Caste Certificate (issued by the competent authority as per Govt. norms), if applicable. 

10)  Certificate in support of ''Project Affected Person (Issued by NCL)" 

11)  Residential Certificate (Uttar Pradesh/ Madhya Pradesh) 

12)  In absence of any single document, the application shall be summarily rejected. 

13)  The candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the "Online Application Form" and its final submission. The candidate shall be wholly/exclusively responsible for the information provided in his/her on line application form. 

14)  On successful submission of online application, the candidates will get acknowledgement at their email id along with registration number.
