Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility depends on the trade. Candidates can apply for only one trade and one refinery.

How to Apply
- Register on NAPS Portal for Trade/Technical apprentices or NATS Portal for Diploma apprentices.
- Fill in the online application form on IOCL recruitment portal.
- Upload scanned photo and signature (max 50 KB).
- Submit and save a printout for future reference.
Selection Process
- Merit-based selection according to marks in the qualifying exam.
- In case of a tie, age will be considered (older candidate preferred).
- No written test will be conducted.
