Who Should Apply & Why This Is a Good Opportunity

If you are a fresh ITI graduate, or recently completed Diploma / Degree (2021–2025), this apprenticeship can give you:

  • Hands‑on industrial exposure in a reputed PSU (BHEL).
  • Monthly stipend while you learn — ₹10,700 to ₹12,000/month.
  • Work‑experience certificate and real‑world training — valuable for future job opportunities.
  • A chance to build a strong foundation in engineering & technical skills.

Even though it doesn’t guarantee regular employment, many candidates take this as a stepping stone to build their resume and gain practical skills that can help in PSU exams or private sector jobs later.
