In this capacity, you must answer common difficulties primarily by precedent and reference to basic rules.
• Your intended interactions will be with members of your own team and your immediate supervisor.

What would you do?
You will work in our client Support vertical, assisting us in managing/resolving client queries, handling escalations and complaints from disgruntled customers, and providing the best resolutions. You will also be in charge of closing the fault and complaints within the SLAs. You will be part of the IT Help Desk team, assisting with application-related technical difficulties. You will primarily respond to events / difficulties reported by customers via voice interaction, email, web tickets, and remote assistance. This post is part of our Service Desk team, which is in charge of delivering first-level customer service support to clients regarding their operations.
