Controlling labour costs by increasing online productivity.Cost savings (scrap + consumable + personnel.Budget planning and monitoring at the departmental level.SPR enhancement > 90.Data analysis and countermeasures for defects.Market dissatisfaction Analyse, resolve, and monitor.Leading the Assembly manufacturing team to achieve PQCDSM control.Products are delivered on time.Coordination with many departments, including internal / external and vendor, for improvements.Establishment of new products and deployment of mass production.Follow the training plan (for both workers and staff).Daily Man management consists of resolving any problems and arguments.Inspiring a team of workers and reviewing their work / performance.Production loss, quality loss, and breakdown gap analysis.Parts synchronisation for various models.
